Hello Folks,

I would like to start with Yousuf Karsh quote “Look and think before opening the shutter. I realized its meaning recently while shooting birds. Birds photography is often come as bonus, if we have patience to wait for right timing results are often wonderful, I guess consideration of light in shades, angle and framing adds another dimensions to picture. This is my first ever try to capture bird with DSLR and enjoyed it a lot.

  1. I often fire off a few shots immediately when I come upon a bird I want to photograph. If it hangs around longer, then I do my contemplating! Too many times, before getting off a few safety shots, I’ve given thought for a nano-second too long, and the bird has flown!
